ANI: Empowering Farmers and Creating Sustainable Revenue Streams

At ANI, we believe in creating a positive impact not only on farmers and communities but also in building a sustainable and profitable business model. As we set out on our journey, we conducted thorough research to identify the most effective revenue streams for our startup. By understanding our market potential and carefully analyzing our target audience, we have designed a revenue model that benefits all stakeholders involved.

Market Potential and Focus

Before diving into the revenue model, we began by studying the market potential for ANI. Through extensive market research and analysis, we identified the obtainable market and honed in on the key factors that would drive our success. This allowed us to understand the demand for our services and tailor our revenue model accordingly.

Transaction Fee and Delivery Fee

After evaluating various revenue possibilities, we decided on a revenue model that would be fair, transparent, and sustainable for ANI and its users. Our revenue model includes a 5% transaction fee and a 5% delivery fee for each purchase made through our platform.

On average, our customers make purchases of approximately P100 per transaction. With a 5% transaction fee, ANI earns P5 for every P100 worth of products sold. This fee is used to cover the operational costs associated with providing our platform and facilitating direct farmer-to-consumer transactions.

Additionally, we charge an average delivery fee of P39 for each order. This fee covers the costs associated with the transportation and logistics of delivering fresh produce to our customers' doorsteps. The delivery fee ensures the convenience and reliability of our service while contributing to ANI's revenue stream.

Estimated Revenue:

To gain a clearer understanding of our revenue potential, we analyzed purchase frequency data and projected annual revenue. Our research indicates that the average customer purchases from ANI approximately 49.7% of the time per week.

Considering these factors and our revenue model, we estimate that ANI has the potential to generate approximately P2.5 million in revenue over the course of a year. This estimation takes into account the transaction fees, delivery fees, and the projected purchase frequency of our target audience.

Driving Sustainable Growth:

While revenue generation is an essential aspect of our business, it is equally important for us to ensure sustainable growth and long-term success. ANI aims to achieve this by continually refining our platform, expanding our customer base, and fostering strong relationships with farmers and consumers alike.

Furthermore, as ANI grows, we plan to explore additional revenue streams that align with our mission and values. These may include partnerships with local businesses, advertising opportunities, and value-added services that enhance the overall user experience.
